This deodorant deserves rave reviews! It is an amazing brand committed to the highest health, clean products, and being environmentally conscious and sustainable. My mom bought this deodorant for me and my family a couple of months ago and we are hooked. It not only smells amazing and works like a charm, but it is also made with super healthy ingredients benefiting both you and the planet. They have an amazing range of natural skincare and beauty. This deodorant’s ingredients are ethically sourced, very gentle on the skin and once you are done using it you just throw the empty cardboard tube in the compost with your food scraps! Highly recommended.

Who makes it:

Meow Meow Tweet was founded in Brooklyn, New York by Tara Pelletier (she/they) and Jeff Kurosaki (they/them) in 2009. Tara and Jeff met in art school in Michigan and decided to start making their own vegan skincare products after realizing handmade soap left their skin feeling so much better than commercial soap. They founded their all-natural vegan apothecary Meow Meow Tweet, naming it after their two beloved cats and Jeff’s bird. The products range from deodorant to soap to natural insect repellent. Meow Meow Tweet is committed to creating pure, healthy, plant and mineral-based formulas. Tara has a background as a chef and herbalist, so all products are made as if they are modern culinary inventions. The packaging features whimsical illustrations made by Jeff. Along with Tara and Jeff, this small company has a small team of employees. They relocated to the Catskill mountains in 2015 and now live and work in the Hudson Valley in their small factory.
