Hi!! My name is Cate Chisholm (she/her), I am a senior at George Washington University studying International Affairs with a concentration in Global Public Health. I joined Voiz to help align my personal sustainability values with my career aspirations. I was introduced to sustainability when I joined my elementary school’s Young Activist Club in third grade, where we advocated for the abolition of polystyrene lunch trays in our school district. Ever since, sustainability has been an important part of my life. In my free time, I love to cook (vegetarian food!), try new restaurants around DC, and go secondhand shopping with friends! During my time at Voiz, I hope to delve into environmental justice, especially the specific intersects of health, identity and sustainability.
