About me: Hi, I am Bee. I have just graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA in Experimental Psychology. In the summer of my first year, I read Naomi Klein’s book ‘This Changes Everything’ and sort of had an ‘ecological awakening’. Following this I got very involved in the Oxford Climate Society, acted as the Environment and Ethics Officer for my college, and wrote my dissertation on the drivers of individual pro-environmental behaviour. I also am vegan, participate regularly in mass protests and continually educate myself as much as I can on environmental, social, and political issues. In September 2022, I am going onto study a Master’s in Innovation and Sustainable Development, but I am really looking forward to the Voiz programme in the meantime. I am from rural Scotland and love all things outdoors (walking, wild swimming, running, etc.), as well as painting, reading and cooking! I am passionate about sustainable diets, so I am especially interested to learn more about the integrity of food products.
